Account access
Create an account
Section titled “Create an account”At app.caller.ee/sign-up we ask for three things: your name, your email and a password of at least 8 characters. To continue, you have to accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
An 8-digit code then arrives in your inbox. Enter it on the next screen to confirm that the address is yours. The code is valid for 15 minutes.
If the code does not arrive
Section titled “If the code does not arrive”- Check your spam folder. The message has the subject “Your caller.ee verification code” and comes from
no-reply@notify.caller.ee. - Check the address. It is shown on the code screen. If you mistyped it, click Use a different email.
- Ask for another one with Send me a new code, and always use the latest one you receive.
You can request up to 5 codes per hour for the same address. If you reach that limit, wait an hour before trying again.
At some companies, the mail filter holds messages from new senders. If you do not see the code in your inbox or in your spam folder, ask your IT department to allow the sender notify.caller.ee.
Section titled “Sign in”Go to app.caller.ee/sign-in and enter your email and your password.
If you created your account before email confirmation existed, we ask for the code the first time you sign in. It only happens once.
Forgotten password
Section titled “Forgotten password”On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password? and enter your email. If there is an account for that address, you receive an 8-digit code, valid for 15 minutes. Use it to choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
The screen says the same thing whether or not the account exists. This is deliberate: that way, nobody can use the screen to find out who has a Caller account.
Several people in one account
Section titled “Several people in one account”Each person signs in with their own email and their own password. The owner of the account invites whoever is needed and chooses what each one can do; the agents of the team can have an access that shows them only their own calls. It is all in Users and permissions.
If you have been invited to an account, create your access with the same address the invitation was sent to: it is the first thing you will see when you sign in.
App language
Section titled “App language”The app is available in Spanish and in English. The first time you sign in, it uses the language of your browser. To change it, go to Settings → Profile → Language.
The language of the app has nothing to do with the language of your calls: you can use the app in English and analyze calls in any of the supported languages.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”Use the menu under your name, at the bottom of the sidebar, or go to Settings → Security.
